Selling this lovely Antique 1940's Seth Thomas Staunton - 2W Mantle Clock in great Working condition. I have not tested it for "time keeping accuracy" but it definitely looks like it keeps time with my observing it for 15 minutes at least. It was my grandfathers. The pendulum swings away and ticks away and the hands move and it all seems to work great. Looks clean inside as well.
It has a two bar alarm inside. The hammer clinks on the bars for the alarm.
The winding Key is included as is the pendulum as previously mentioned earlier.
The condition is actual quite good as its almost 90 years old. It has some minor marks on the wood but no broken pieces or anything serious. The Clock face is also great. There are a few tiny marks where the clock key goes in the hole to wind the clock.
The glass door is great.
The clock inside components all look perfect and not dirty or grimed up.
I can hardly find another one that has that lovely cracked aged leather look or veneer facade under the clock face and up the sides and over the top. Its a great feature of this one.
It measures 17 5/8" long x 4 3/8" wide x 8" tall.

Selling this clock for $95.00.
