One word..... Amazing!!!! This system sounds Beautiful!!!! For those of you that still care about Audiophile sound, this system sounds amazing!
I know audiophile music listeners have gone by the wayside with listeners satisfied listening to their music on smart phones, "Tinny" small bluetooth speakers, tablets and smart devices. And even home theatre watchers using those small goofy speakers in their surround sound home theatre set up.
SORRY but as an old school Audiophile Enthusiast.... that is not acceptable lol. If you want to listen to music the right way as if you were listening to the artist live on stage front and center, than a Stereo System like this is the only way to do that. Short of being at the live music event front and center.
Simply put speakers must be BIG to move air and in that air is the full frequency range of all the tonal sounds that are produced by all the instruments and vocals of a band or music artist.
Alright now that I have that out there lol..... Thanks for your patience on my lecture of disappointment in peoples acceptance to listen to great music on bad tinny poor frequency range sound reproduction devices...IE: Speakers and Pre-amps/Amps.
So I am not saying Technics is at the top of the Audiophile Totem Pole. Like Luxman, Macintosh, NAD and others..... but it holds its own nicely and affordably and is millions of miles ahead of equipment like smartphones, bluetooth speakers , tablets etc. LOL.
Now with the speaker in this system.... we are in the upper tiers of amazing sound reproduction. Klipsch Full Size front end Speaker Monitors are in the high end class. Not the complete top but way up there in its class.
Cost: I am selling this whole system (6 Pieces) for $1250.00 total. Includes all the speaker wires and RCA cords as well.
I will detail and describe the stats for the components below and detail them out for you.
A) Vintage Technics SA-EX900 AV Control Stereo Receiver. Amazing for Home Theater, Home Audio and includes an AM/FM Radio. This AV receiver is an Integrated Amp/Preamp and is the heart and Control of your whole Home Audio or Home Theatre setup.
This component is in excellent condition. And has been well taken care of. It has not been abused. It was used as a 2 Channel Home Audio setup to listen to music. But also made for Home Theatre.
It has some great features like Loudness Boost control although with these Klipsch Speakers and the Bass and Treble knob adjusters, you really do not need the loudness button.
It also has a built in Fan that many cheaper lower model Receivers do not.
This AV receiver has a 4 out of 5 star rating. That's pretty darn good!

B) ADC Sound Shaper 2 x 10 Band / Channel Graphic Equalizer in perfect working condition and cosmetically great!! (8 out of 10). There are no missing knobs. All the lights work. No scratchiness or "dirty connections" and NO cold solder Circuit Board connections.
Its a lovely piece of equipment to have integrated into your Stereo Sound system. You can amplify or accommodate for poor treble, mid range or low bass sound fill/output using these 10 channel EQ slider controls. Example.... maybe your playing some of your old Cassette Tapes and they are lacking high end crisp treble, or maybe the mid range is muddy. or it lacks low end bass. This ADC EQ will correct and fill in those inadequacies. And in the same realm of things if your "source" music is too high in treble, mid range or low end bass, you can tone it down /back it off with these slide controls.
More Description: The SS-115 (also known as ADC Sound Shaper SS 115) is a Stereo Frequency Equalizer (also known as Graphic Equalizer) manufactured by the ADC Professional Group in Japan.
It has ten frequency bands per channel ranging from 31.5 Hz to 16 kHz, with boost and cut ranging ±15 dB.
It has stereo line in and line out facility as well as stereo input/outputs for two tape decks with switched dubbing options. It is very similar to the model SS-115X, which uses similar build and electronic design.
This was a wonderful analogue system that provided ±15 dB cut and boost, whilst many modern graphic equalizers today have only ±10-dB capability, with digital signal processors (DSP) that totally ruin the sound. This analogue system uses discrete components including the JRC4559D operational amplifier IC, and therefore the sound quality of these components is stellar.
This unit has a wonderful bar graph display driven by a pair of AN6877 ICs (one for each channel) for displaying the total output level.
Each frequency control consists of a slider potentiometer with a stepped action and LED illumination. The ADC logo is also illuminated by a powerful light bulb giving it a lovely Teal Blue glow when in operation.
It has several input options that can be Tape cassette, CD/DVD, iPod, MP3 etc. It is an RCA inputs at the back but you can easily pick up a LEFT/RIGHT Red /White to 3.5mm Pin Plug adapter cable that will plug into your smart phone, ipod, MP3 or whatever player you have that has a pin plug output. I currently have my iPod with 11,000 songs set to random play connected to this stereo for now. Sounds amazing.
C) Pioneer RS-TR373 Dual Stereo Cassette Player in perfect condition. Isn't it great having a working Cassette Player. Dig out your old Cassettes and que them up!! This is a Dual Cassette player. Lets you set up two cassettes one to play and when it stops you can have it set where the other starts extending the play time before you need to unload and reload the tape bays.
The other feature of the Dual Tape Bays is that you can record off one Cassette Tape onto the other.
You can also record radio programs or radio music onto the tapes. Or record your CD's to a Tape Cassette and more.
The Cassette Belts and Capstans all work perfectly. As does all the features of this player. It has been very well taken care of.

D) Pioneer DVD-RV31 Compact Disc aka: DVD/CD Player in Excellent Condition. Works perfectly and in lovely condition with no issues at all. With exception to a tiny tiny scratch on the top which is usually hidden by another component sitting on top.
Play your CD's or DVD's or Burnt/recorded DVD and CD's easily with this player.

E) Klipsch Tower Size Reference IV RF82 4 Way Stereo Speakers in Excellent shape. The cabinets have a bit of chip on the very back of one. And on one speaker a wee tiny scuff on the top.
The Speakers, Cones, Cone Surround Rubber, The Grills and the performance are all 100% awesome. The cabinets are a 7.8 out of 10. I would have made that 9 out of 10 if one did not have that tiny chip at the very back (where you cannot see them anyway as that faces the wall) and a couple tiny scuffs on top of one.
Bottom Line these are in lovely shape and look amazing and sound spectacular! Klipsch's Horn style Treble are known for their crisp clear "highs". And tight bottom end bass.
These speakers also have magnetic fastening front grills. Easy to remove when you want to see the raw sound delivering aspects of these amazing speakers. The Cool Gold Drivers and characteristic horn cones for a change of view.
