Samsung 4 HDMI Input UN32D400032 720p LED - LCD HDTV works great. Needs the power cord....got misplaced. Also the remote is not included. This TV can still be easily operated by the buttons on the front panel.
I have reduced the price to account for the missing power cord and remote accordingly.
Selling for $62.00.

Overview:
See the LED difference. The limitations of a conventional fluorescent backlight aren't as visible on a 32" screen, but they still affect picture quality.
Samsung's UN32D4000 has an advanced LED backlight, instead, which boosts picture contrast by expanding the range of gray tones from deep black to brilliant white. (If you need a screen that won't get washed out by room lights, definitely consider LED.) LEDs are more energy-efficient than fluorescents, too.
Connections for your components and computer:
The UN32D4000 gives you four HDMI inputs and a component video input for connecting your high-definition gear, like a Blu-ray player. You'll also find a standard PC input, plus a USB port for plugging in a camera or thumb drive to view photos.
