Job Duties:
1. Organize daily office activities and maintain basic administrative procedures to support dispatch and business operations.
2. Schedule and confirm appointments, delivery timelines, and meetings with clients, drivers, and service providers.
3. Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries from customers, brokers, and vendors, and relay messages to management.
4. Prepare, type, and proofread transportation documents, correspondence, invoices, and internal records.
5. Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications and maintain organized filing systems.
6. Maintain office supply inventory, place orders when required, and keep records of purchases and expenses.
7. Greet visitors and assist clients or drivers attending the office with documentation or general inquiries.
8. Compile basic operational data such as load information, mileage records, and expense details for management reference.
9.Assist with recordkeeping related to shipments, permits, maintenance reminders, and regulatory documentation.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
