SR. MANAGER, IT OPERATIONS

The Manager, IT Operations is a hands-on technical leader responsible for ensuring that systems and infrastructure work reliably and securely, at the highest standards of performance.
The incumbent will manage key functions comprising
technical support, network and systems administration of all IT infrastructure services and components including:
end-user computing (desktops, laptops, and mobile devices),
networking (Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco L2/L3 switches, Cisco/Meraki wireless access points, Cisco wireless LAN controllers, Cisco VPN, Barracuda load balancer),
network services (LAN/WLAN, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SFTP, WAN),
network security (anti-virus and IPS),
email services (POP/SMTP/IMAP, spam filters),
managed services (Internet and IaaS),
cloud services (Office 365 and Azure),
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
Experience: 3 - 4 years managerial experience in network and systems administration;
5 - 7 years hands-on experience in technical support services for end-user computing (Windows 7/8.x/10 and macOS) and servers (Windows/Linux/macOS);
