They are a Mondo 23.5. Size 235. The inside length using a tape measure and measuring from the tip of the big toe area inside to the back of the heel is 9" long. (22.85cm).
So technically wearing a sock if you measure your foot from the tip of your big toe to the back of your heel looking straight down at your foot, and it falls between the length of 21.8cm and 22.6cm long than these boots should fit.
